DESCRIPTION

A Forward Roll is a skill in which you roll forward in a tucked position from a standing position.

Here are the steps to perform a Forward Roll:

  1. Start by standing up straight with your feet shoulder-width apart.

  2. Squat down and place your hands on the ground in front of your feet, shoulder-width apart.

  3. Tuck your chin to your chest and bring your head towards your knees.

  4. Roll forward onto your shoulders, keeping your body tucked and your hands in place.

  5. Continue rolling forward and use your momentum to bring your feet over your head.

  6. Keep the momentum going until you land on your feet in a standing position.

Note: It's important to practice Forward Rolls with proper form and under the guidance of a trained instructor to avoid injury. Also, it may take time and patience to build the necessary strength and coordination for a Forward Roll, so don't get discouraged if you can't do it right away!
