FRONT LIMBER | hANDSTAND FALL TO BRIDGE

DESCRIPTION

A Front Limber is a skill where you start in a handstand then slowly descend into a Bridge.

Here are the steps to perform a Front Limber:

  1. Start by standing in a lunge position with one foot forward and one foot back.

  2. Place your hands on the ground on either side of your front foot, shoulder-width apart.

  3. Shift your weight forward onto your hands and lift your back leg off the ground.

  4. Kick your back leg up towards the ceiling as you push through your hands and shoulders.

  5. Lift your front leg off the ground and bring your legs together as you engage your core and keep arms straight to maintain balance.

  6. Let your feet fall over slow and controlled to a Bridge position.

Note: It's important to practice Front Limbers with proper form and under the guidance of a trained instructor to avoid injury. Also, it may take time and patience to build the necessary strength and balance for a handstand, so don't get discouraged if you can't do it right away!
